President's Awards Dinner Make reservations now
for the Tuesday evening President's Awards Dinner. During this
gala event honoring Apartment Association of Indiana President
Michael Gorman, recognition is given for industry achievements
through the presentation of the Awards of Excellence and the
Prodigy Awards.
2002 Awards of Excellence Outstanding
individuals will be presented the following awards: Joe Rhodes
Memorial Award, Grace McFadden Manager of the Year Award, Regional
Property Manager of the Year, Leasing Consultant of the Year,
Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, Maintenance Technician of the
Year, Associate Member Company of the Year, Associate Member of
the Year, and Donald J. Williams Volunteer of the Year.
2002 Prodigy Awards Attend the annual
President's Awards Dinner to discover what communities and
companies are the winners of the coveted Prodigy Awards.
Competition continues to increase for this recognition of
excellence in the products, services and marketing of apartment

Seminar, Trade Show, and other Great Prizes

Silent Auction to Benefit PAC Making a comeback
this year is the silent auction to benefit the Indiana
Multi-Family Housing Political Action Committee (PAC). Come
prepared to bid on great auction items while providing support to
legislative and lobbying efforts that benefit the entire industry.
The Silent Auction winners will be announced at the end of the
